This is our high potency niacin. This dosage is not for beginners. A high dosage should be worked up to gradually.
Niacin, also known as vitamin B-3, is involved in over 50 metabolic processes in the body. It helps the circulatory system which supports the blood vessels and helps balance cholesterol levels. Niacin is an antioxidant and is important for cell integrity. It turns fat into energy and may help with memory, fatigue, pain & stiffness, joint and muscle strength. It is required for the production of certain hormones. Niacin is also a detoxifer for the body.
Niacin can produce a flush, tingling and/or burning sensation. It causes the blood vessels to dilate, or open up near the skin, which results in these sensations. Do not take niacin on an empty stomach.
Niacin is available in either capsule or tablet form.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your health care practitioner, after a meal.
Other Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium.
Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, sugar, starch, preservatives, artificial color or flavor.
Warning: Niacin may cause temporary diffuse itching, heat sensation and flushing, particularly if taken on an empty stomach.
