Ingredients:
GABA 
a naturally occurring amino acid that works as an inhibitory neurotransmitter. GABA attaches to receptors in your brain decreasing nervous system activity to produce a calming effect.
L-Theanine
a naturally occurring amino acid commonly found in green tea found to promote relaxation.
5-HTP
an amino acid, naturally produced by your body as a precursor for serotonin production.  Serotonin is responsible for stimulating parts of the brain that regulates sleep.  
Magnesium Glycinate
the essential mineral, Magnesium, attached to the amino acid glycine.  Both promote a calming effect and better sleep.
B1
is required for the synthesis of serotonin.  A deficiency in B1 inhibits the production of serotonin and can cause sleep disturbances.  Serotonin regulates sleep and is a precursor for melatonin.

FAQ

How long does it take to see results? 

This isn’t a drug, so it won’t knock you out like over the counter sleep aids.  This supplement gives your body the nutrients it has been lacking to naturally rebalance itself.  This takes time.  Everybody has varying degrees of nutritional deficiencies, so results will differ from person to person.  Results should be seen in 1-5 days depending on the severity of the deficiencies.
