He became a self-taught expert the hard way: through relentless research, real-world results, and an uncompromising commitment to truth.
A magnesium formula that changed everything
In 1980, Peter had a pivotal realization: magnesium — one of the most critical minerals in the human body — was largely being wasted. Existing supplement forms were poorly absorbed, meaning most people taking magnesium were barely benefiting from it. Peter spent years developing a water-soluble formulation that the body could actually absorb and use. The result became a global bestseller, trusted by tens of thousands of people across multiple countries.
